The list of categories was really long. I just picked the first category that seemed to fit.
I was very thorough in picking the category that best describes my business but I didn't select any subcategories.
I did the same as C, but I also spent the time identifying subcategories to help customers better understand all that my business offers.

I know reviews can be helpful, but my customers never leave any.
I ask my happy customers to leave reviews and have some good ones … and a few bad ones. I haven't responded to any of them.
I frequently ask for reviews and I always make sure to take the time to respond to them, good or bad.

I sometimes use Google Posts when I'm running a marketing campaign or need to make a COVID-related announcement.
I take full advantage of Google Posts. Since they expire after a week, I like to post once every 3-5 days.

Sometimes, but I've noticed that other people can answer questions as well, so when I'm busy I figure other customers will answer.
I mostly answer questions when they come in. Sometimes they don't show up when I post, why is that?
I always answer questions when someone takes the time to ask. I've even built a Q&A with frequently asked questions so potential customers don't have to wait for a response if it is a common question.
